I Build What I Use

I build the stuff I actually need. An image viewer in C, because everything else felt heavy. A terminal music player in Go for my local files. A Telegram bot so I can reach my PC from my phone. Small Pi helpers that keep my agent workflow safe.

Philosophy

Use It Daily or Delete It
Every tool in this stack started from something I actually needed. The image viewer, the music player, the Telegram bot - they all get opened weekly. If something costs more upkeep than the time it saves, it goes.
Read It a Year Later
Code I can read a year later without needing notes. Plain C and Go binaries, one file per service, no hidden steps. Folders I understand at a glance. Future me should be able to rebuild it on a tired evening.
Own the Library
Movies, shows, and music live on my own drives and stream from home. Owning the files beats renting them twice. A simple setup I can actually fix beats a clever one I cannot.
